Policies
Life & Etc. wants you to have the most successful pop-up event possible, whether it is a private event or a business pop-up, so we have a few "rules" in place to help make that happen!
1. Purchases
Life & Etc. will collect payment through credit/debit card, exact change cash, or Venmo.
Private Parties ONLY: The party booked needs to have at least three purchasing customers in attendance to have the party. The booker of the party is responsible for making up the cost if less than the value of three bracelets are purchased ($135)..
2. Location
Life & Etc. will travel a 40 mile radius of Grand Rapids, MI for a pop-up party, and a 20 mile radius of Grand Rapids for a private party
There are exceptions of this, so please reach out either way!
3. Guarantees
+ Life & Etc. can guarantee jewelry to stay on for at least one month... if jewelry falls off after this time frame, it is the responsibility of the buyer, feel free to contact us with any questions/concerns regarding jewelry staying on.
+ All chains are researched and Life & Etc. does its best to find the highest quality of gold-filled and sterling silver chains from reputable sellers, this being said, if your chain tarnishes within two months of receiving it, please contact us for a solution.
4. Other Policies
+ Life & Etc. holds the right to leave a private event or pop-up if at any time they feel unsafe, abused, uncomfortable, or for any reason whatsoever.
+ Life & Etc. doe not weld on children under 13 (This is due to Michigan state laws), we do however offer high-quality clasps
+ There must be adequate space at the event for Life & Etc. to set up
+ Life & Etc. must be allowed to begin setup at least 15 minutes before the event begins
+ When you book a private event or pop-up, you are agreeing to these terms
